This is a hallway on the third floor of the building. Heating and water pipes groan and knock, and there is the musty smell of a long history.

 

 

 

 

 

A studio off the third floor hallway where a lone piano sits - perhaps the one heard playing late at night, when the building is empty.

 

A small door under the North stairwell, leading to a basement boiler room - a site where many say they have felt hot/cold spots, and smelled strong foul odors.

 

This 12 foot black steel ladder leads into an eerie, dark attic behind the third floor McAllister sudio. Many teachers and students in the building claim that this is where the haunting spirit resides.

 

This is another ladder, this on the landing of the third floor of the North stairwell. The hatch in the ceiling leads to a small storage cellar, from which strange noises are sometimes heard.
When the camera was plunged into the darkness of the attic shown above, the flash revealed this small, brick area, filled with piping, and various artifacts from the building's construction or renovation.
